Sharing the love of Jesus in practical ways
The College Leadership Team is a semester-long commitment to serve on the administrative/logistical side of the ministry. Each member of the team would be given a specific role. The roles are as follows: creative, administrative, hospitality, compassion, wisdom, and coordinator. Each member would be responsible for attending a 1 hour meeting weekly where progress and ideas are discussed around a table, and then throughout the week each member will have tasks to complete on their own time. This is great experience for working within a ministry or nonprofit setting and could count as an internship if needed. It is also a great way to cultivate the gifts that the Lord has given you and use them to serve your community while you are in college!
